Responsibilities
Support the steering of global sales initiatives by tracking project timelines, maintaining action logs and ensuring stakeholders across various time zones adhere to deadlines
Act as the "right hand" to the Senior Director
Aggregate and analyze complex sales data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for growth
Design and maintain regular reports and dashboards for leadership team
Conceptualize and build high-quality presentations and decision memos for C-Level executives and regional VPs
Facilitate communication with regional sales organizations
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor movements and new sales technologies
Organize and structure critical business meetings including agenda setting, minute-taking and follow-ups
Take ownership of special projects and ad-hoc operational requests
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field; a vocational training with relevant experience is also accepted
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities including a talent for interpreting complex data and creating compelling presentations
Outstanding organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in digital tools and workflows with a strong aptitude for driving process efficiencies
