About the role

  • Director of Growth Development at CrowdStrike enabling AI-driven sales development processes aimed at modern buyers. Lead the establishment of a new GDR team to enhance inbound engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Build & Lead a New Inbound Growth Development Representative (GDR) Organization
  • Launch and lead our first dedicated inbound GDR team, establishing the structure, processes, and culture from day one.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of inbound GDRs who balance human-led outreach with AI-optimized workflows.
  • Build a work culture that values clear communication, taking responsibility, experimenting, and always getting better.
  • Present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to executive executive team on performance, strategic roadmap, and resource requirement.
  • Develop the headcount plan, proactively justifying resource needs by modeling pipeline targets, conversion metrics, and ROI to secure executive alignment for expansion.
  • Define inbound messaging, talk tracks, and engagement frameworks—supported by AI content generation and personalization.
  • Define an inbound qualification model leveraging AI automation & championing best practices.
  • Evaluate, implement, and test AI solutions for conversation intelligence, content personalization, and GDR productivity.
  • Work closely with our Marketing Operations teams to integrate new tools and ensure they meaningfully improve conversion and GDR output.
  • Partner with IT to design and develop agentic follow-up workflows using Agentforce and other agentic tools.
  • Own the conversion of inbound interest into sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and KPIs for speed-to-lead, lead quality, funnel conversion, rep productivity, and channel performance.
  • Partner with Demand Gen, Field/Regional Marketing, and Digital teams to provide rapid feedback loops on campaign quality, sequence performance, buyer behavior, and pipeline performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure seamless handoffs and a predictable, scalable inbound pipeline.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales development or revenue roles with 5+ years managing SDR teams (inbound or hybrid).
  • Proven success building or scaling teams in a fast-growth environment.
  • Strong coaching mindset with a track record of developing early talent into top performers.
  • Passionate about augmenting human skill with AI automation—not replacing people, but empowering them.
  • Comfort designing new workflows, experimenting with tools, and separating signal from noise in a fast-moving AI landscape.
  • Deep knowledge of inbound funnel metrics and how to optimize them.
  • Experience partnering with Marketing Operations on lead scoring, routing, attribution, and data integrity.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Proficient storytelling and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and inspire your team.
  • Obsessed with delivering a world-class buyer experience.
  • Familiarity with SDR tools such as Qualified, Agentforce, 1mind, Gong, Outreach, etc.
