IT Business Process Specialist supporting transformation and standardization of IT processes in the leading packaging company Coveris. Collaborating with various departments and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Conduct process reviews within IT to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks
Map current workflows using process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts)
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT processes
Measure metrics such as cost savings and SLA compliance after implementing changes
Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for IT processes, workflows, and procedures
Conduct regular meetings with all key stakeholders for feedback and requirements gathering
Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure IT processes are aligned with business objectives
Work closely with other IT teams to deliver new IT processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Processes, or a related field
Professional experience designing IT service management and business processes or in a similar role
Solid knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL); relevant certification is a plus
Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
Ideally familiar with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
Strong general IT knowledge and a solid understanding of IT technologies and best practices
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Ability to explain IT topics clearly to non-technical users
Problem-solving mindset and ability to diagnose and resolve issues by creating/standardizing processes
Strong analytical skills and drive to initiate and implement necessary changes
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) to support workshops, project meetings, or stakeholder sessions
Self-starter with the ability to organize priorities and manage own work environment
Fluent in spoken and written English
Good MS Office skills
