Responsibilities
Müşteri potansiyelini analiz ederek hedef müşterileri belirlemek
Yeni müşteri kazandırmaya yönelik çalışmaları yürütmek
Mevcut müşteri ilişkilerini yönetmek
Operasyon departmanları ile iletişim ve işbirliği içerisinde operasyonun takibini gerçekleştirmek
Müşteri beklentilerini düzenli olarak takip etmek
Müşteri memnuniyetini artırmak adına çalışmalar yapmak
Kendisine verilen KPI'lar doğrultusunda satış raporlarını hazırlamak ve aylık performans sunumlarını gerçekleştirmek
Requirements
Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun
Bursa'da ikamet eden
Havayolu, Denizyolu, CIS, Proje satış tecrübesine sahip
Minimum 5 yıl ilgili alanlarda satış ve portföy yönetimi tecrübesine sahip
İlgili alanda hat geliştirme planlaması yapabilecek
İletişimi kuvvetli, değişime ve gelişime açık
Analitik düşünme ve hızlı karar verme yeteneğine sahip
