About the role

  • Sales Engineer responsible for selling and promoting industrial automation products in Thailand. Handling sales activities, monitoring performance, and providing customer support across departments.

Responsibilities

  • To sell products of company and give some information for customers.
  • Handle sales activity to meet company target.
  • Monitor sales performance to ensure achievement of sales target and company profit objectives.
  • Handled to prepare sales forecasts, budgets, sales program, and update the report as monthly basic.
  • Monitor efficient service to customers and handle all customer complaints with good result oriented.
  • Provide customer support with all department and monitor significant issues regarding customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineer, Electrical Power System, Control&Instrument Engineer Automation Engineer or any related fields or newly graduated engineer in the same field who have strong willing to sale and service.
  • Experience 1-5 years in sales engineer, sales representative, technical support or related field.
  • Excellent communication and service-mind.
  • Mature and systematical thinking with responsible attitude and organization skills.
  • Good personality, negotiation skill and team spirit to achieve team performance.
  • Good command in English communication and computer literacy will be an advantaged.
  • Have own car and driver’s license.
  • Ability to work independent and travel up-country is preferable
