Identify and prospect new potential customers;
Strategically qualify leads before handing them off to the sales team;
Record and keep all prospecting activities up to date in the CRM, ensuring an organized pipeline and accurate information for analysis and follow-up;
Work closely with the sales team, sharing information about qualified leads, feedback from prospects, and prospecting strategies.
