Requirements
A minimum of 3 years experience as a 360 recruiter or in-house Talent Manager working with deep-tech companies (start-ups, space & defence big plus).
A solid understanding of using Boolean and filter sourcing methodologies on Linkedin Recruiter.
A good level of experience searching and screening high technical roles, ideally across mechanical engineering, Data, Product, and Software.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – able to prioritise & influence.
Experience in building and engaging diverse candidate talent pools and pipelines.
Proactive and target-driven – you enjoy hitting deadlines and setting goals to achieve the best results.
Data-driven with the ability to report on candidate funnels and conversion rates.
Strong empathy and understanding of candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
