Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the operational management of the catering service/canteen and ensuring smooth daily operations
Leadership, staff scheduling and development of the team, including regular employee briefings
Ensuring our quality and service standards in daily foodservice operations
Responsibility for excellent guest service and acting as the on-site point of contact for the client
Organizing and executing conferences and events on the premises
Responsibility for administrative tasks, KPIs and month-end reporting/closings
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in gastronomy, hospitality or business catering with responsibility for operations management or team leadership
Proven leadership skills and experience in managing and developing teams in the service or catering sector
Strong service and customer orientation and a professional demeanor towards guests, clients and colleagues
Commercial/entrepreneurial thinking, strong organizational skills and an independent working style in daily operations
Very good German and English skills, high commitment and a strong quality focus
