About the role

  • Support local business growth through planning and execution of local marketing activities and “One-Conscia” marketing initiatives.
  • Drive sales and marketing collaboration across Sales Teams, Group Marketing team and local initiatives.
  • Drive and execute local marketing plan, including vendor-sponsored campaigns and event management.
  • Ensure local brand alignment with Conscia brand.
  • Localize Conscia Group marketing initiatives and integrate them into local marketing plan.
  • Work with Conscia Group marketing resources to ensure operational efficiency, deploy always-on campaign and leverage all relevant marketing channels.
  • Create & lead generation programs to acquire new business customers.
  • Create compelling and relevant B2B content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all materials.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to target key B2B segments.
  • Work with our technology partners on joint campaigns to an agreed set of objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and adjust strategies to optimise results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team & Director to develop marketing collateral and tools that support the sales process.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and other online channels.
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to local (County) stakeholders highlighting key metrics and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Senior experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of successful revenue growth.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
