Responsibilities
Lead an eight-person project development team
Prioritise new project leads and evaluate them together with the team
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks throughout all project phases
Analyse potential sites for PV or BESS projects
Represent the company at meetings with authorities and municipalities
Plan team resources and coordinate project capacities
Manage external project partners and service providers, including quality assurance
Support permitting and planning procedures with technical expertise
Contribute strategic input to the further development of the project portfolio
Requirements
Leadership experience and at least 3 years of industry experience
Degree or vocational training in geography, architecture, engineering or spatial planning
Knowledge of permitting processes and public construction law
Experience working with authorities, municipalities and service providers
Proficiency in the full project development lifecycle for PV or wind projects
Confident presentation skills for public presentations or political committees
Ability to engage in technical discussions with executive management
