About the role

  • Regional Key Account Manager responsible for technical consultation in building technology. Engaging with clients in the housing industry across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for decision-makers in the construction and residential sector
  • Support customers in developing customized building services concepts, including comprehensive on-site consultation
  • Communicate with tendering and decision-making authorities
  • Place and promote the company's suppliers
  • Coordinate with inside sales and other departments across the company
  • Continuously refine and improve personal sales strategy

Requirements

  • Solid technical or commercial vocational training — ideally with a focus on SHK technology (sanitary/heating/air conditioning) or building services/building systems engineering
  • Field sales experience in building services (sanitary/plumbing, heating, ventilation/air conditioning or electrical)
  • Experience with the construction and residential sector and a strong industry network
  • Structured working style, high motivation and proven closing/sales techniques
  • Fluent German language skills
