Requirements
Have a proficient or bilingual level of Norwegian and advanced level of English
Have an open and positive mindset that helps to provide the best customer service experience
Have previous experience in customers service
Have good communication, written and listening skills
Have previous experience in invoicing, bank or collection industry is good to have, but not a must - as you will get relevant training in the field
