About the role

  • Customer Service Representative for digital banking handling inquiries in Norwegian and English. Providing a friendly customer experience in a hybrid work environment based in Benalmádena.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.
  • Make customers feel safe and welcome when they are in contact with us.
  • Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.

Requirements

  • Have a proficient or bilingual level of Norwegian and advanced level of English
  • Have an open and positive mindset that helps to provide the best customer service experience
  • Have previous experience in customers service
  • Have good communication, written and listening skills
  • Have previous experience in invoicing, bank or collection industry is good to have, but not a must - as you will get relevant training in the field

Benefits

  • Full-time 39 hours /week permanent contract: Monday to Thursday from 08.00 -16.00, Friday from 09.00 - 16.00
