About the role

  • Customer Care Mitarbeiter*in supporting agricultural customers via phone and email. Role provides assistance with product applications and maintenance of information platforms for sector and project measures.

Responsibilities

  • Support farmers and customers via our telephone hotline and by email
  • Assist with maintenance of the information platform for sector and project measures
  • Review the implementation of technical guidelines

Requirements

  • Experience in customer care / hotline support
  • Service-oriented with a passion for customer interaction
  • Technical affinity; experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Preferably experience with CMS (content management systems)
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Willingness to work shifts between 06:00 and 22:00 and on Fridays until 20:00 (rotating early and late shifts)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
