Responsibilities
Provide support to internal and external clients through communication channels;
Copywriting and layout design for our external communications;
Monitor and populate data spreadsheets;
Support the full management of social media (Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn) across all stages: planning, content creation, copywriting, editing, and audience engagement;
Research and monitor social media trends both within and outside the segment;
Actively participate in the company's marketing projects, contributing ideas, suggestions, and proposals while thinking strategically about the company’s communications development;
Assist in the creation of the company's audiovisual materials;
Assist in updating the company's advertising materials to support campaigns and actions;
Ensure targets are met.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields;
Autonomy and proactivity;
Organization and creativity;
Excellent writing skills;
Video editing experience (CapCut or similar);
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva is a plus.
