Dow’s Commercial Development Program (CDP) is an industry leading training program for aspiring sales candidates.

Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or other related disciplines.
Preference for Chemical Engineering or Chemistry degree.
A minimum GPA of 3.000 (4.000 scale) is preferred.
Experience via relevant internships and/or academic projects is preferred.
A minimum requirement for a U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
