Responsibilities
Assisting with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across service lines and sectors
Supporting digital marketing activity, including website content updates, email and social media campaigns
Working with the team on CRM activity, including data management, reporting and campaign support
Assisting with business development initiatives, market research and competitor analysis
Supporting the preparation of presentations, reports and marketing materials using Word, PowerPoint, or Excel
Providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Clients & Markets team
Helping track activity and performance, contributing to basic analysis and reporting
Collaborating with colleagues across the firm on a variety of marketing and communications projects
Requirements
1-2 years experience in a marketing, digital, communications or business support role, ideally in a professional or B2B environment
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Familiarity with digital platforms and content management systems
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to work
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to support a wide range of projects
Interest in developing a broad understanding of marketing within a professional services firm
A Marketing, Communications, Business, or related qualification is desirable, but not mandatory
