About the role
- Senior Strategy Facilitator guiding diverse leadership teams to develop coherent business strategies within Collinson. Fostering collaboration and aligning visions into actionable plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead the process of extracting, organising, and aligning the senior team’s collective vision into a unified business strategy.
- Facilitate structured discussions, workshops, and interviews that encourage participation, uncover assumptions, and clarify strategic intentions.
- Translate high-level vision statements into actionable components: key steps, resource requirements, capabilities, dependencies, and timelines.
- Help the team confront and reconcile differing viewpoints to ensure a cohesive and credible strategic direction.
- Challenge leadership assumptions using real-world experience, market insight, and data-driven reasoning — without imposing personal strategic bias.
- Produce a polished, well-structured, and logically sound strategic plan that can be confidently shared with the corporate parent and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting or strategic facilitation, preferably working with senior executives or boards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic discussions and extract clarity from ambiguity.
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to navigate power dynamics with diplomacy, confidence, and discretion.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to frame issues, interrogate assumptions, and synthesize insights into coherent narratives.
- Proven experience delivering executive-ready strategy documents or investment-grade business plans.
- Outstanding communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
