Responsibilities
Lead the process of extracting, organising, and aligning the senior team’s collective vision into a unified business strategy.
Facilitate structured discussions, workshops, and interviews that encourage participation, uncover assumptions, and clarify strategic intentions.
Translate high-level vision statements into actionable components: key steps, resource requirements, capabilities, dependencies, and timelines.
Help the team confront and reconcile differing viewpoints to ensure a cohesive and credible strategic direction.
Challenge leadership assumptions using real-world experience, market insight, and data-driven reasoning — without imposing personal strategic bias.
Produce a polished, well-structured, and logically sound strategic plan that can be confidently shared with the corporate parent and external stakeholders.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in strategy consulting or strategic facilitation, preferably working with senior executives or boards.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic discussions and extract clarity from ambiguity.
Exceptional listening skills and the ability to navigate power dynamics with diplomacy, confidence, and discretion.
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to frame issues, interrogate assumptions, and synthesize insights into coherent narratives.
Proven experience delivering executive-ready strategy documents or investment-grade business plans.
Outstanding communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
