About the role

  • Business Development Lead focused on winning new clients in Financial Services, Travel, and Telecommunications at Collinson. Driving strategic growth and building long-term partnerships across various sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close high-value new business opportunities in the UK
  • Build and execute sector-focused go-to-market plans
  • Manage complex sales cycles, including RFPs and executive-level pitches
  • Develop strong relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Forecast opportunities accurately and manage pipeline via Salesforce
  • Collaborate with product, finance, operations, and legal teams
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking forums

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience selling solutions into large Financial Services organisations
  • Proven success exceeding sales targets and growing revenue
  • Strong consultative selling and C-suite negotiation skills
  • Established UK Financial Services network
  • Commercially astute, confident presenter and storyteller
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
  • Experience in loyalty, consumer benefits, travel, or payments is a plus
