About the role

  • Account Manager at Heartland Coca-Cola managing product sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborating with merchandising team for stock management and local account service in HAYS, KS.

Responsibilities

  • Orders product at accounts on an assigned sales route
  • Determines product needs and transmits orders
  • Utilize technology for order processing and inventory
  • Execute and sell marketing features and ad activities
  • Builds, changes, and removes product displays
  • Ensure proper pricing and clean product space
  • Transport and maintain POS advertising
  • Communicate account activities to ensure service quality
  • Collaborate internally with merchandisers and drivers
  • Ensure adherence to merchandising and customer service standards

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of work experience required
  • Customer service experience in a retail environment or in a sales position preferred
  • Basic computer application and technology skills required
  • Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance
