About the role

  • Senior HR Administration Specialist supporting office management for a company in crypto payment solutions. Facilitating office tasks and enhancing team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the end-to-end process of launching a new office
  • To run office smoothly every day: handle office supply orders, and coordinate any small repairs or maintenance when needed.
  • Communicate with vendors, courier services, cleaning providers, the building owner, and other partners to ensure all administrative tasks are handled on time.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, coordinate courier pickups and deliveries.
  • Manage the handover and return of company equipment
  • Handling document flow and administrative paperwork
  • Help plan and organize office events such as teambuildings, Christmas office decoration and other seasonal activities.
  • Welcome new team members, support them during onboarding, and help them feel comfortable and included.
  • Manage access cardS: issue them, update them, or turn them off when necessary.
  • Make sure all invoices are registered and uploaded to the correct systems on time.
  • Assist with signing documents with employees
  • Support office-related projects
  • Supervising the Team of HR admins

Requirements

  • Experience in office management or HR administration.
  • Experience supporting office opening or office relocation projects.
  • Good communication skills in Polish and English (Russian is a plus).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, stay flexible, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
