About the role

  • Organizational Development Business Partner at a global tech company enhancing leadership programs. Focused on creating impact through people-centric initiatives and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Support global design and lead local execution and embedment of leadership programs
  • Leverage leadership lifecycle to increase OD touch points and elevate leadership accountability
  • Establish and embed local org design principles and practices
  • Partner with PCBPs to support segment initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, HR or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in People and Culture function
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing diagnostic tools and assessments (360, personality profiling, engagement, etc.)
  • Experience in developing and facilitating learning interventions
