About the role

  • Administrative Training Coordinator providing clerical support and overseeing new hire orientation at CEVA Logistics. Implementing safety policies and compliance measures in a dynamic, global logistics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to senior management
  • Oversee New Hire Orientation process
  • Implement and update safety policies and emergency action plan
  • Conduct inspections and audits
  • Carry out accidents investigations
  • Maintain training records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance and reporting
  • Manage equipment and supplies communication
  • Conduct risk assessments
  • Enforce preventable safety policies
  • Oversee Workers’ compensation Forklift Training class and in warehouse

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum three years related experience
  • Minimum one year industry experience preferred
  • Previous forklift experience
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft program, internet, web-based and job specific software applications
  • Knowledge of Federal state and city regulations
  • Previous training experience preferred
