Senior People Business Partner supporting Clio's GTM organization with strategic business partnership and organizational design. Driving performance and coaching leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with senior GTM leaders to develop and deliver People strategies aligned to business objectives
Act as a strategic thought partner on topics including org design, workforce planning, role clarity, capacity models, and team structure
Coach leaders through complex decision-making with a strong lens on performance, culture, and employee experience
Identify, assess, and manage complex employee relations issues quickly, thoughtfully, and decisively
Lead and advise on organizational design efforts, including restructures and role evolution
Requirements
8–12+ years of progressive HR / People Business Partner experience
Significant experience supporting GTM or revenue organizations
Proven success partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology environments
Deep expertise in employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent planning
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand GTM metrics, incentives, and operating models
High comfort navigating ambiguity, change, and competing priorities
Data fluency and the ability to turn insights into influence
Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance across relevant jurisdictions
