Responsibilities
Plan and manage logistics for conferences, trade shows, and healthcare events.
Coordinate travel, booth setup, and marketing materials.
Handle outreach and follow-up communications with leads and attendees.
Track and report on post-conference leads and outcomes.
Respond promptly to inbound leads from the company website, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Dripify for outreach and target account tracking.
Schedule introduction and discovery calls for the VP of Sales.
Maintain accurate communication logs and CRM updates.
Maintain and update CRM data, contact lists, and lead records.
Support marketing by scheduling social posts, assisting with email campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency.
Prepare weekly/monthly CRM reports for leadership review.
Assist with proposals, PowerPoint decks, and client research.
Draft follow-up emails, schedule meetings, and organize documentation.
Conduct background research on healthcare prospects such as FQHCs, RHCs, hospitals, and private practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and administrative teams to support the sales pipeline.
Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
