About the role

  • Remote Sales Associate supporting national sales and business development in healthcare services. Managing leads, coordinating events, and working closely with the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage logistics for conferences, trade shows, and healthcare events.
  • Coordinate travel, booth setup, and marketing materials.
  • Handle outreach and follow-up communications with leads and attendees.
  • Track and report on post-conference leads and outcomes.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from the company website, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Dripify for outreach and target account tracking.
  • Schedule introduction and discovery calls for the VP of Sales.
  • Maintain accurate communication logs and CRM updates.
  • Maintain and update CRM data, contact lists, and lead records.
  • Support marketing by scheduling social posts, assisting with email campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly CRM reports for leadership review.
  • Assist with proposals, PowerPoint decks, and client research.
  • Draft follow-up emails, schedule meetings, and organize documentation.
  • Conduct background research on healthcare prospects such as FQHCs, RHCs, hospitals, and private practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and administrative teams to support the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks and coordinating complex schedules.
  • Self-starter who identifies opportunities to improve processes and support team success.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is nice to have.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRMs, LinkedIn, and social media management tools.
