Responsibilities
- manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation while providing support to a variety of tasks related to the loan process
- independently processing and closing loans within a complex loans' operation environment
- deal with most loan-related problems independently and resolve complex issues
- interpret data, prepare reports, and present findings to management
- design and analyze complex reports often related to loan documentation processes
- participate in and support the implementation of projects and process improvement initiatives
- demonstrate an understanding of the loan documentation processes to identify policy gaps
- minimize risk to the bank through a solid understanding of procedural requirements
- serve as a checker for systematic transactions as a last line of defense
- timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries and issues related to loan documentation
- provide informal guidance and/or on-the-job-training to new team members
- work closely with internal stakeholders to meet client needs
- assess risk when business decisions are made
