About the role

  • Account Executive managing full-cycle sales and customer engagement for Circula's fintech platform. Collaborating with teams to drive success and improve sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound leads and generate new sales opportunities through strategic outbound activities.
  • Take ownership of qualifying, approaching, and converting leads using state-of-the-art tools and sales techniques.
  • Identify prospects' challenges, present tailored demos, and guide them through the entire sales process to a successful close.
  • Independently handle and maintain inbound and partner leads.
  • Build and manage your pipeline proactively through outbound activities such as phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Capture customer requirements, deliver compelling product presentations, and support them during the pilot phase.
  • Own the entire buying center and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth handover and a successful roll-out.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams to achieve high conversion rates and ensure long-term success.
  • Support product development by collecting customer feedback and forwarding it to the relevant teams.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2–3 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in the SaaS sector.
  • You are enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and work independently with a clear focus on success.
  • You actively listen and are empathetic in order to find the best solutions for your customers.
  • You are solution-oriented and constantly look for ways to improve the sales process and share new ideas.
  • You are a flexible team player and motivated to drive yourself and your colleagues forward.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2) and English.
