About the role

  • Sales Development Representative at GovDash driving lead generation and client relationships for a government contracting AI platform.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first touchpoint for potential customers, driving awareness and interest
  • Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, loom, etc.)
  • Book Qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives
  • Attend events to drive leads and pipeline
  • Collaborate with Growth and other GTM team members to refine messaging and outreach strategy
  • Maintain clean CRM data and help drive pipeline insights

Requirements

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in an SDR or BDR role (bonus if SaaS)
  • Love pushing the limits and experimenting with your outreach
  • Are a strong communicator: clear, persuasive, and curious
  • Located in or around the DC Metro area
  • Love learning, testing new ideas, and moving quickly
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and want real ownership
  • Want to jump start your career in sales
  • Are energized by building something from the ground up
