About the role

  • Payroll Analyst ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor laws at C&A. Collaborating to improve payroll operations and deliver reports for the finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate payroll for the entire C&A organization
  • Submit e-Social filings, payroll and related contributions to DCTFWeb and FGTS Digital
  • Support payroll accounting
  • Respond to service requests and provide clarifications
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives within the area
  • Assist with submission of annual statutory obligations
  • Deliver relevant payroll reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Experience with payroll processing and job position management
  • Knowledge of labor legislation as applied to payroll
  • Experience working with the FPW (LG) system
  • Knowledge of and practical experience with e-Social tasks
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
