Responsibilities
Work in partnership with the Head of Talent COE to deliver the strategic workforce and demand planning strategy through organisational assessment.
Help the business to proactively understand the root cause of challenges, identify future workforce needs and implement solutions.
Monitor internal and external HR trends & changes to align to market best practice and influence business priorities.
Align with the Global HR Business Partner strategy to ensure UK&I adoption.
Leverage business-relevant and workforce-level insights and trends.
Lead the business in the adoption of AI, analytics and self-service HR tools.
Project manage and deliver relevant HR projects and initiatives as required.
Drive and support change initiatives across the HR function, contributing to transformation projects that improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
Proven experience in a HRBP role, ideally within a global, sales-driven organisation.
Exceptional commercial awareness, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence at all levels and create a narrative to secure business buy-in and adoption, delivering high-impact.
Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify market trends, and inform evidence-based decision-making, influence stakeholders and improve the coworker experience.
Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally and globally to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Navigates complex organizational structures and adapts quickly to changing business needs, fostering collaboration across teams and functions.
Proven experience with demand and workforce planning.
Project management experience.
