Responsibilities
You actively participate in recruiting — from screening applications and coordinating interview appointments to conducting phone interviews
You communicate with candidates and colleagues and serve as an important interface within the process
You support our HR team with day-to-day tasks and gain a comprehensive insight into HR work
You assist with HR and recruiting projects and contribute to employer branding topics (e.g., social media)
Requirements
You are currently enrolled at university — ideally studying HR, business administration (BWL), psychology, communications, or a comparable field
You are confident using MS Office, especially Word and Excel
You enjoy communicating — both in writing and by phone — and like interacting with candidates. You work in a structured, reliable way and take initiative
You have very good German and good English language skills
You are interested in recruiting and HR topics and, ideally, also in employer branding or social media
You want to experience HR beyond the textbook and actively help shape it
