- You are confident using MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- You enjoy communicating — both in writing and by phone — and like interacting with candidates. You work in a structured, reliable way and take initiative
- You have very good German and good English language skills
- You are interested in recruiting and HR topics and, ideally, also in employer branding or social media
- You want to experience HR beyond the textbook and actively help shape it
