Responsibilities
Deliver seamless end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding through to offboarding, with accuracy and care
Manage payroll inputs in partnership with external providers, ensuring timely and precise submissions
Act as a trusted first point of contact for employee queries, providing a high-quality, responsive experience
Maintain and manage HR systems and employee records, ensuring data integrity, compliance and confidentiality
Use people data and insights to support decision-making, providing clear, timely reporting to stakeholders across the business
Identify opportunities to improve and automate People processes, driving efficiency and enhancing the employee experience
Partner with stakeholders across People, Finance and the wider business to strengthen operational excellence and rewards delivery
Requirements
Experience in HR operations, people analytics, rewards support or a similar role within a corporate environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate meaningful insights
Proficiency in tools such as Excel and reporting platforms like Power BI or Tableau
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, organisation and process excellence
A collaborative, service-oriented approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, automation and enhancing employee experience
