About the role

  • People Experience Administrator managing employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding. Collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance HR services and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver seamless end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding through to offboarding, with accuracy and care
  • Manage payroll inputs in partnership with external providers, ensuring timely and precise submissions
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for employee queries, providing a high-quality, responsive experience
  • Maintain and manage HR systems and employee records, ensuring data integrity, compliance and confidentiality
  • Use people data and insights to support decision-making, providing clear, timely reporting to stakeholders across the business
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate People processes, driving efficiency and enhancing the employee experience
  • Partner with stakeholders across People, Finance and the wider business to strengthen operational excellence and rewards delivery

Requirements

  • Experience in HR operations, people analytics, rewards support or a similar role within a corporate environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate meaningful insights
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel and reporting platforms like Power BI or Tableau
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, organisation and process excellence
  • A collaborative, service-oriented approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, automation and enhancing employee experience
