About the role

  • People & Culture Business Partner at Taco Bell APAC shaping people strategy and driving high-performance culture. Collaborate with leadership and HR colleagues to foster talent development and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, contract management, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience.
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS data integrity, ensuring accurate and accessible employee records for reporting and decision-making.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies, developing and enforcing employee handbooks and HR documentation.
  • Drive operational efficiency by streamlining HR processes, implementing systems/tools, and leveraging data insights for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and payroll to employees.
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic goals, fostering an engaged and high-performing workforce.
  • Lead talent development programs, coaching leaders, and supporting career growth across the Restaurant Support Centre (RSC).
  • Manage employee relations cases, providing expert guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace policies.
  • Enhance employee engagement by embedding Taco Bell's culture and values, driving initiatives for inclusion and recognition.
  • Support workforce planning and recruitment strategies, ensuring strong leadership pipelines across the business.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in HR business partnering, preferably within a multi-site organization.
  • Proven expertise in talent development, capability building, and performance management, with a track record of leading goal-setting and personal development plans.
  • Strong background in employee relations, with the ability to handle complex cases and advise on employment laws.
  • Ability to coach and influence senior leaders, driving cultural and operational excellence.
  • Experience managing HR projects and strategic initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using HR systems and tools to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
