Responsibilities
Advise operational managers on HR matters (legislation, training, career management, etc.)
Coordinate HR development: consider requests from managers and employees and ensure implementation with dedicated HR specialists (payroll, training, recruitment, etc.)
Manage personnel administration and prepare related documents (contracts, amendments, leave requests, resignation acknowledgments, work certificates, etc.)
Ensure monthly coordination with the payroll department (provide variable pay elements)
Manage recruitment within your scope
Ensure daily updates of the HRIS and related reporting
Lead HR projects in line with assigned objectives
Promote and foster a positive quality-of-work-life dynamic (internal & external communications)
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources
At least 8 years of experience in HR generalist roles and HR development
Strong knowledge of employment law and disciplinary procedures
Experience in a multi-site environment
Strong written communication skills
Fluent in English
Dutch proficiency is a plus
