Responsibilities
Develop, strengthen and expand long term relationships with strategic accounts
Gain in depth working knowledge of assets, profit expectations, risk management strategies and local market drivers
Utilize portfolio of solutions designed to meet customer needs
Partner with internal team to position standardized offerings
Engage with customers to enable effectiveness of solution offerings
Build and deliver on annual customer business plans aligned with business strategy
Identify and communicate customer insights back into the business unit
Serve as a mentor to other members of the organization
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience in commercial, sales, business development, strategic accounts, marketing, merchandising or related field
Agriculture background or grain experience
Able and willing to travel up to 50%
Valid driver’s license in good standing.
Grain market and commodities experience (preferred)
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system (preferred)
Strong commercial, consultative sales and financial acumen (preferred)
