About the role

  • Enterprise Account Manager responsible for strategic account management and revenue growth for mid-market customers at Comcast. Managing customer relationships and developing sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic account management and financial sales leadership for existing mid-market customers
  • Develop and manage overall account strategies for specific named account customers
  • Responsible for overall customer relationship management and customer satisfaction
  • Identify incremental revenue opportunities and retention of embedded base services
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations leadership to develop specific account management plans
  • Sell Comcast Business Class services across multiple organizational levels
  • Manage existing revenue, sales opportunities, quota, funnels and forecasts
  • Maintain regular account contact
