Talent Acquisition Associate searching for IT talent in Prague. Supporting recruitment processes and candidate engagement while working in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
Actively search for and engage candidates on various platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) and post job ads
Conduct initial resume screening and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements
Participate in screening interviews
Organize interviews and maintain communication with candidates
Manage and update records in our ATS system
Learn from senior members of the Talent Acquisition team and contribute ideas to improve processes
Contribute to presenting Avenga as an attractive employer and support employer branding on social media
Requirements
University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in a relevant field
At least one year of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally including some hands-on sourcing
Basic knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment tools
Exposure to interviews or candidate screening is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
Ability to handle confidential information, organize work efficiently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to learn and share knowledge with the team
Proactive mindset, results-oriented approach, and ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs
Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken
Czech or Slovak language proficiency at native speaker level
