About the role

  • Provincial Wellbeing Manager overseeing the implementation of a holistic workplace wellbeing strategy at Shared Health Manitoba. Developing initiatives to promote psychological safety and build capacity in healthcare workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and evaluate a provincial workplace wellbeing strategy
  • Manage operations within the Provincial Wellbeing Program
  • Collaborate with leadership on wellbeing initiatives and policies
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of wellbeing and psychological safety within organizations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience working in the healthcare delivery system and/or in a directly related role
  • 2 years managerial experience
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or other related healthcare discipline preferred
  • Certification in related field
  • Strong clinical knowledge of mental health interventions
  • Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to build and lead teams in changing working environments
