Responsibilities

  • Managing a variety of client and agency relationships across Deliveroo Media
  • Leading pitches, presentations, and agency meetings to bring our product story to life
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and using clear communication to support business goals and targets
  • Producing accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting for senior leadership
  • Ensuring deliverables like media plans, status updates, and recommendations are consistently high quality
  • Joining brainstorms to shape campaigns that deliver results against budget and timelines

Requirements

  • Confidence communicating with clients and agency partners, adapting your style for different stakeholders
  • Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to think differently and challenge the status quo
  • Great relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Confidence delivering face-to-face presentations to both small and large audiences
  • Interest in growing your career in a high-growth, start-up-style environment
