Requirements
- (master's) degree in HR or equivalent experience
- Experienced HR professional with knowledge in payroll administration-related topics
- Good knowledge of Belgian labor law and remuneration benefits
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Experience with HR software such as SuccessFactors & SAP-HCM is a plus
- Process-oriented and proactive mindset; experience with digitization is a bonus
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
