- Uitstekende kennis van Excel
- Ervaring met HR-software zoals Succesfactors & SAP-HCM
- Procesgerichte en proactieve mindset; ervaring met digitalisering is een plus
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, teamspeler en netwerker
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
