  • Manager Interventional Services overseeing quality care, staff management, and resource optimization at Advocate Health. Requires 5 years of relevant experience and bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the direction, management and control of assigned site and/or modality
  • Manage assigned staff and procedures in quality patient care and resource management
  • Collaborate with educators for quality orientation program for employees
  • Develop and recommend operating and capital budgets and control expenditures
  • Ensure compliance and quality standards are met

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Nursing, or Radiologic Technology
  • 5 years of experience in catheterization, EP or interventional radiology with 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist registration (RCIS), Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS), Electrophysiology Specialist (CEPS), Registered Technologist (RT), or Registered Nurse license
  • BLS certification required within 6 months unless waived by department leader
  • Ability to read, write, and high degree of aptitude and precision in mathematics including metric knowledge
  • Intermediate computer skills
