About the role

  • Customer Care Executive managing order to cash processes for Puig's Italian customers. Ensuring quality communication and problem-solving in a bilingual context.

Responsibilities

  • Centralize the relationship with Italian customers in the order-to-cash process
  • Review and provide information on the status of their orders
  • Manage EDI/SAP/email orders
  • Inform the customer of stock shortages affecting orders
  • Issue credit/debit notes in the system and log customer complaints

Requirements

  • Experience: minimum 2 years in a similar role
  • Education: University degree
  • Languages: Native or professional French. Dutch or Flemish, fluent English and Spanish
  • Skills: Strong communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Active listening and problem-solving ability
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and workload
  • Specific knowledge required: OTC processes, SAP, Excel and PowerPoint
