Responsibilities
Management of the training system: creation of new courses and curricula;
Monitoring course completions;
Preparing reports;
Reviewing rules and updating structures and access permissions;
Organize training logistics according to the affiliate's annual calendar and regional and global communications (invitations, attendee lists, room bookings, facilitator support);
Manage training data and metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and develop action plans;
Periodically review the mandatory training matrix and its assignments, maintaining records and corrections to support audits;
Develop online learning paths for all employees;
Manage vendors, including onboarding, budgeting, purchase order control and invoice management;
Facilitate employee training sessions;
Drive automation and process improvements in the training function;
Provide support for other HR activities such as engagement surveys, leadership surveys, onboarding, and others.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
Advanced English (written and spoken communication in English is essential);
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with Power BI and SuccessFactors is desirable.
Experience managing training systems (LMS).
Deliver in-person leadership training and build and track associated metrics.
Experience in HR generalist roles or as an HR Business Partner will be considered a plus.
