  • Site Support Specialist facilitating operations and supporting teams at Capital Vacations' contact center. Engaging with visitors, handling calls, and maintaining organized records in a dynamic office.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple teams and help create a professional and welcoming environment for both employees and guests
  • Greet visitors and direct them where they need to go
  • Manage incoming calls and ensure messages get to the right place
  • Collect, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries
  • Handle daily mail pick-up and delivery between offices
  • Scan and organize important documents for the Office of the President
  • Research owner accounts and prepare case files
  • Manage the conference room calendar
  • Assist with shared inbox and case workflow management
  • File and maintain organized records

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred)
  • Receptionist or office admin experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
