Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their talent needs and providing strategic recruitment solutions.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry, expanding our client base and revenue.
Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including networking, online platforms, industry events, and referrals, to identify and attract top-tier executive talent.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes within the insurance sector.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure a strong fit for client organizations.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify talent pools, competitor intelligence, and compensation benchmarks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client data in our CRM system, generating reports and providing insights to management.
Provide strategic talent consulting to clients, advising on organizational structure, talent acquisition strategies, and market best practices.
Effectively manage the offer negotiation process, ensuring successful placements and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain a strong network within the insurance industry.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in executive recruitment, with a proven track record of success within the insurance industry.
Deep understanding of the insurance industry, including various lines of business, functional areas, and key players.
Established network of contacts within the insurance industry.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to source, assess, and attract top-tier executive talent.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
