Responsibilities

Requirements
- Business Operations Specialist I: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Computer Science or related field and 3+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Business Operations Specialist II: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advance analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, plan, prioritize, and complete deliverables.
- Broad organizational knowledge and business sense, and knowledge and understanding of health care operations and administration.
- Ability to communicate and present information effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and articulate complex ideas.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are obtained and delivered.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired.
