About the role

Responsibilities
- Independent responsibility for project management, planning and organization
- Analyze customer requirements and coordinate with product management to further develop our software
- Lead workshops and training sessions for our customers
- Set up CarLiner environments for new customers
- Provide customer support for new and existing users
- Deliver product presentations to customers and prospects (Presales Consulting)
- Introduce and sell new CarLiner modules (upselling)
Requirements
- Experience in project management, ideally in the automotive industry
- Commercial vocational training, a degree in business/economics, or equivalent qualification through professional experience
- Motivated, team-player attitude with a hands-on mentality
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Good understanding of technical systems and processes
- Strong communication skills and confident presence with our customers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent German (at least C1)
