Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner (ideally in an enterprise environment)
- Experience in product strategy, discovery, and delivery
- Experience with scaled agile practices (certifications optional)
- Strong expertise in product backlog management and refinement
- Comfortable working in complex stakeholder environments
- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to simplify complex ideas
- Ability to challenge the status quo constructively
