About the role
- Projektmanager responsible for managing pharmaceutical projects and improving processes at WDT. Engaged in development of new products and external partnerships in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Independent handling of operational day-to-day tasks and project-based assignments
- Participation in the development and establishment of new proprietary products
- Management of strategic projects; e.g., product transfers, restructurings, and optimizations
- Point of contact (m/f/d) for external partners in the area of contract manufacturing
- Development and implementation of measures and projects for the continuous improvement of existing processes and interfaces
- Support activities in the GMP area of pharmaceutical manufacturing
Requirements
- Degree in a natural science or a vocational qualification with professional experience in pharmaceutical-related roles
- Broad process understanding within the GMP environment
- Ideally, experience with veterinary pharmaceutical regulations
- Experience in project work within interdisciplinary teams as well as leading working groups
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, independent, and structured way of working
- Confident appearance, a high degree of flexibility, and a pronounced solution-oriented mindset
- Strong self-organization and problem-solving skills in less standardized work contexts
