About the role
- Product manager leading technical support and product development projects in a successful family company. Responsible for project management, technical inquiries, and market analysis in Germany and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Independent and team-oriented management of national and international projects, including product developments as well as brochure and ordering projects to expand our product range
- Advising on technical inquiries and supporting sales domestically and throughout Europe, e.g., by providing technical support or explaining the practical application of our products
- Maintaining technical documentation, catalogs and flyers
- Design, coordination and evaluation of internal and external testing procedures (ift, IFO, VT Darmstadt, etc.)
- Preparing competitor and market analyses as well as technical presentations (e.g., for conferences or client meetings)
Requirements
- Completed construction-related vocational training, e.g., plasterer, drywall installer, painter, or alternatively a commercial background in the building materials trade
- Solid knowledge and practical experience with construction processes and workflows on building sites
- Experience in drywall/construction partitioning and with External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS)
- Business-fluent German is required; good English skills are an advantage
- Confident and experienced user of common MS Office programs
- Ideally, experience with CAD software
